[Requirement report (editable) | Postgres] Impossible to generate the report with the versions box unchecked and a milestone

Affected version : 6.X + 7.0.1

Observed behaviour

When I try to generate a requirements report (editable), with a 'Select a milestone' selection and the 'Print only the latest requirement version' box unchecked, I get an error in IMH and in the log.

Note : If I tick the 'Print only the latest requirement version' box, the report is generated.

Steps to reproduce

• Create an 'In progress' or ' Finished' milestone (also works with a 'Locked' milestone)
• Associate this milestone with the project
• Create a requirement and associate the milestone with it
• Create a new version of the requirement (without associating a milestone)

• Try to generate an editable requirement report with
  • Print only the latest requirement version' box unchecked
  • Check 'Select a milestone' with the milestone

Expected result

As with the MariaDb databases, the report should be generated
