[HTML validation error] Actions not possible on requirements if HTML validation error(s) -- backport on 7.0.2

Steps to reproduce

  • Have a requirement synchronization with formated description in issues (in gitlab or in jira)
  • On Squash, try to modify Status from 'Work in progress' to 'Under review'

Observed behaviour

An error is displayed : image

and, it's impossible to associate a test case; or 'Add a test case from the copied requirements'

Nb: By editing the Description field and then Validating (without modifying the ocntenu), this means that sanitizer html is no longer triggered (and therefore the actions can no longer be carried out).

Expected result

Sanitizer HTML must be ok with requirement description when it comes from gitlab or jira.

However, this is an irritant in Q3 qualification, because, for example, we map the 'Validated' status of a US to the Approved status of the requirements and associate the TCs after this status.
Except that a requirement's Approved status doesn't allow you to edit its Description field. Except that the html sanitizer prevents the status from being modified. And so on...

Precision : synchroinzations must be created before version 7.0...
