[JIRA BT] Display a clear message if no id is entered to attach an issue
Affected version : project version 6.0.1.release
Steps to reproduce
- Have a BT jira server and associate it with a project
- On a run, click on "Attach an existing issue".
- leave the ID field blank
Expected result
A clear message appears saying that the field cannot be empty. As for Azure, for example
Observed behaviour
The message is not understandable
