[Import | Req and TC] Problem when importing without the first / in the path

Affected version : 6.X and before

Steps to reproduce

Import requirements or test cases by not putting the first / in the "REQ_PATH" column, for example.

The problem is also triggered when a / is missing after the CALL in the TC_STEP_ACTION column (STEPS tab).

Expected result

The import must be done. When simulating or importing, you should have the error line in the summary table in the FAIL column + when downloading the balance sheet, the error details.
