Minor fixes for quality gate results output

Some minor issues has been detected on the quality gate, concerning quality gate results output.

1. get qualitygate command output does not display a general workflow result when the workflow passes the quality gate.
2. get qualitygate ... -o wide command output does not display the rule scope if rule result is NOTEST.
3. get qualitygate ... -o wide command should also display the rule threshold for a better readability.
4. "qualitygate" in output messages must be replaced by "quality gate" to harmonize with the doc.
