Cut command lines with opentf-ctl get workflow

Seen on 01/09/22 nightly

When using opentf-ctl get workflow, command line are cut and repleaced by "..." which makes it difficult to read. It should be possible to add an option to adjust the max size before cutting.

Workaround : The 'full' version is always available in json and yaml format.
