Add new options to kill workflow command (--dry-run, --reason, --source)

Current situation

Some options have been added to the DELETE /workflows/{workflow_id} endpoint.

Desired outcome

Those options (dry-run mode, and optional reason and source) should be added to the delete|kill workflow command
