Incorrect licence in ini test files

Some details have been forgotten in the #3 (closed) cleanup.
The licence indicated in the files of https://gitlab.com/henixdevelopment/open-source/opentestfactory/squash-tf-services/-/tree/main/testSamples is incorrect: they still contain LGPL, but the code of OTF is licensed under Apache 2.0.
Additionally, the copyright year should be updated.
