Suppress/hide the Flask error message when starting the orchestrator

If possible, it would be better to suppress or hide the Flask error displayed in the logs when starting the orchestrator:

* Serving Flask app 'actionprovider' (lazy loading)
 * Environment: production
   WARNING: This is a development server. Do not use it in a production deployment.
   Use a production WSGI server instead.
