Temporary attachments for OPENTF_VARIABLES are not cleaned after use

Current situation

Since the introduction of the feature making environment variables accessible to the workflow conditionals, temporary files are accumulating in the /tmp folder of the orchestrator.

Desired outcome

Those temporary files should be cleaned after use.
