Allow for '#' in selector values

Current situation

Values usable in selectors are limited to letters, numbers, and a few other symbols (-, _, ., /, and @).

This means it's not possible to use a selector to filter on fields that hold an URL fragment.

Desired outcome

Allow for # in selector values.
