Generator jobs are initialized with last initialized job name in contexts

When generator children jobs are initialized, their contexts.opentf.job and contexts.squashtf.job entries contain the last initialized job name: for example, children_job_1 and children_job_2 contexts.job entries equal to children_job_2, and so is the case for the ProviderCommand events respective properties in contexts entry.
