Handle managedTestResults notifications

Current situation

The testcases data source was using a heuristic to compute the managed flag. This was suboptimal for some technologies, such as postman, where it was not always possible to pinpoint the real execution target.

Desired outcome

The managed flag should be aligned with the correct targets.
