Use workflow labels to parameter `/logs` endpoint returned execution log

Current situation

Observer GET .../logs endpoint is not configurable. But there are workflow labels relative to the execution log parameters that Insight Collector can use to configure ExecutionLog kind attachments (https://opentestfactory.org/guides/insights.html#workflow-labels).

Desired outcome

Use these labels to configure GET .../logs endpoint output.
