[Compatibility] Duplicate execution when using a Squash v6.x.x and an orchestrator v4.13.0

Current situation:

While using Squash TM 6.0.1 (MariaDB) with Orchestrator v4.13.0, I encounter a duplicate execution issue when running a DEVOPS execution, either on an Iteration or a Test Suite.

The issue appears to be related to the update of the "RUNNING" status. For each execution, the publisher receives two status updates: the "RUNNING" status and the final status. However, in Squash TM 6.0.0, a new execution is generated for each status update.
