Propagate Workflow Cancellation reason, if any

Current situation

If a user cancels a workflow and provides a reason for doing so, this reason is not present in the WorkflowCanceled event. It would be nice if it was.

Desired outcome

This reason should be included to the WorkflowCanceled's details.reason entry. If it's not provided, user cancellation would be included instead.
