Postman : folder name in the command line is not secured

Some things are interpreted, causing the execution to not find the folder.

Seen on Windows and Linux on the nightly :

On Linux it is caused by the double quotes, if I escape them in local (with backslashes) the newman call works fine

On Windows based on the error it's prob due to the %, did not tried to fix it tho

The folder name for reference (project postman-openweather in the samples, French collection if needed) :

Dossier \ fidélité ! : ["5,2%"]{^2+1-3*4=0} > l'@d_min; < (en € & $ ?).
