Customization of the Cypress launch command line from Squash TM

1. During the Club Qualité, a user asked for being able to specify the browser (by using the natural Cypress way, i.e. the --browser option) from Squash TM.
2. We also had similar requests before, see #261 (closed).

So we should apply https://gitlab.com/groups/henixdevelopment/squash/-/epics/25 to Cypress.
