[ Postman, Cypress ] : an incorrect test reference will stop the workflow

The Postman and Cypress workflows stop in a test blocked for a technical reason, for example incorrect file name.

The remaining tests are not executed.

This behavior does not follow the behavior of other providers.

Moreover, this behavior is triggered by a workflow cancellation and therefore takes the cancelled status in Squash TM, instead of ERROR like the other technologies.
