Clean up the meta-information of the Python modules

Currently we have :

• https://pypi.org/project/squash-tf-services/

• https://pypi.org/project/opentf-toolkit/
  the same
• https://pypi.org/project/opentf-agent/

We need to update the author, email, and tags. But first we need to define what should be the new values.

Additionally, there is a typo in https://gitlab.com/henixdevelopment/open-source/opentestfactory/squash-tf-services/-/blob/main/setup.py: "This package gives acces to parameters"
