Namespace defined on a workflow is ignored

Seen on 3.7.0 container (0.50), namespace are ignored.

Checked a bit the code and it seems like it worked only until 0.48 (not checked though), some quick copy/paste on the arranger in a container made it work (on process_steps and the init of the Job class).
