Autom/Devops: simultaneous execution with available or/and unavailable environments

Current situation

Scenario: There are 2 environments, one is available, the other one is not. We launch the execution of 2 test cases with 2 different technologies.

Update (05/10): The case is the same if there is only one environment or if all environments are available, it seems that the orchestrator has trouble managing several workflows in parallel.

Observation: The orchestrator loops on the absence of available environment. The test case which have a corresponding available environment, is not executed. This continues until the timeout is reached. In Squash TM no status is reported since the test is always considered as "to execute".

Desired outcome

The execution of both test cases should start simultaneously (in parallel). In Squash TM, 2 executions status should be loaded (success and error for example) .
