Interpreters subscribe with the same name as the providers

Same issue as https://gitlab.com/henixdevelopment/squash/squash-autom-devops/micronaut-java-plugins/-/issues/10 but for otf services.

Currently it is using the technology name, just like the provider.

It used to be technology_name.interpreter (for example postman.interpreter)
