Easy user-defined configuration of the generic Surefire parser

The generic parser has been implemented (#30 (closed)), but there is no simple way for a user to configure it to parse its own test technology.

We should have

1. a predefined location for the user-defined configuration file
2. the possibility to override it using an environment variable
