About Concurrency between Spring and Micronaut Projects

Micronaut-Java-Plugins was created and developped concurrently with Spring-Java-Plugins development.
Since its creation, main developments were integrated into Spring-Java-Plugins repository and were not reported to the Micronaut repository.
We need to include these changes so there is no regression when we defefinitively switch to Micronaut-Java-Plugins.
