[Playwright] Add Playwright parsing configuration

Complete https://gitlab.com/henixdevelopment/open-source/opentestfactory/micronaut-java-plugins/-/blob/main/otf-interpreter/src/main/resources/internal-parsers.yml?ref_type=heads to support parsing of Playwright’s Surefire reports.
