Update Cypress parser for the new Cypress test reference syntax

We need to update the Cypress parser (https://gitlab.com/henixdevelopment/open-source/opentestfactory/java-plugins/-/blob/main/otf-plugins-springboot-parent/OTF-cypress-report-interpreter/src/main/java/org/opentestfactory/plugins/report/cypress/application/CypressReportParser.java) for the new Cypress syntax.
