MAJ nomenclatures

Added new nomenclatures and updated existing ones, created schemas for new nomenclatures and updated existing ones

Due to limited infrastructure for elasticsearch, some nomenclatures were deleted based on which one are the most used or most important

We limited the number of nomenclatures to 562, this limit will be abandoned after a proper infrastructure will be set up for elasticsearch

Synthetic SNDS project was moved to new Gitlab group and is no longer open source => updating it fails, therefore the associated code was either deleted or commented

A library breaks seeded random generation for large numbers => requirements list was frozen to latest passing pipeline's reqs versions
