How to monitor more than one instance

After successfully installing your f2b exporter on one host i also set it up on a second host. I also added the second host as a target to my prometheus server. I am using your grafana dashboard, however i can only see the data of the host setup first.

I wonder how i can monitor more than one host with your grafana dashboard. Do you have an idea how to solve this. I do not mind if i have all in one dashboard or one dashboard per host.
