Theme rules aren't applied to dynamic nodes

(ie: nodes added after the program has started running)

In addition to the title, nodes added via TML import will not have the theme rules applied to them. A workaround is importing the theme file(s) after importing the TML nodes, not ideal or possible in some cases.
