Splits are not saved

When creating new sets of splits, some splits are not saved across instances of a run. For example, changing to a new run and back will cause some splits to be missing. Same for closing the program and reopening it.

The splits that are missing can be either in the middle or at the end of the set of splits. This seems to happen less (or perhaps not at all, since it doesn't happen all the time) when a split is edited and then moved to another split. So it could be unless I explicitly go to another split it won't be saved (this also means if I click create while currently editing a split it won't get saved).

Version being used: 1.4.16
