Several account connection arguments not supported

Currently the tool does not seem to support some of the arguments. Most related to authentication - such as authenticator ('ouath', 'externalbrowser' - used for SSO, etc), token, private_key. I wonder if there's any plan to support these arguments or allow user to supply custom arguments?

My use case in particular would require support of authenticator argument, which I understand may be quite niche. Just wondering if it happens to be on the roadmap.
