Chopping videos and putting them back together for datamosh

take several videos as input
chop into small pieces
transcode with only 1 keyframe (just the 1st keyframe and -bf 0)
take out a piece of the file from the beggining (reasearch how big it is)
duckttape back together from random pieces of random videos
