Build failure on macOS
I attempted to install python3-hwloc using pip on macOS with Python 3.9, and it failed (with lots of setup.py output).
I cloned the project, and attempted to build it locally, and that failed because of a dependency on libnuma, which is not normally available for macOS.

Is macOS support something you'd be interested in patches/PRs for?
Thanks!
