Tooltip does not update correctly

The button in the lower left corner is supposed to switch its tooltip from "Medical record is required" to "Ok to save" but both are visible.

Open questions:

  1. How does the effective HTML look like? (especially the class attributes
  2. Do you see any debug messages in the browser (these will be warnings soon ...)
  3. How exactly does the program set the tooltips?
