This infrastructure serves as the cornerstone of our offering and enables rapid iteration and secure updates. ## Key Components - **Proxmox Hypervisor**: Management layer for VM operations and remote access (transparent to end users) - **Home Assistant Virtual Machine**: Core smart home platform - **Sidecar Service**: Selora-owned operations service (TBD) - **Golden Image**: USB-flashable installation media - **Installation Documentation**: Comprehensive installer guides - **Secure Update Mechanism**: Over-the-air system updates ## Implementation Approach Initial iterations require manual installer work documented in installation guides, with progressive automation in future releases.
