Building on the Pilot (100 users), the following need to be possible for the initial pilot with 1,000 users.
To be ready before second test (18th Feb):

Transaction emails -
Invite someone to create a MoodleNet account -
Flag a resource/collection/community/profile as inappropriate -
View list of community members -
Community moderator functionality (available to moderators of community and/or instance admins): -
Change status of a community from 'open' to 'moderated' (and vice-versa) -
Promote community member to moderator -
Accept/reject (with optional explanatory note) applications to join a community -
Review flagged resources/collections/communities/profiles -
Hide (with optional explanatory note) profile, collection, comment or discussion (at community level or instance-wide) -
Make a community announcement

Follow other users -
Like/favourite/star resources within collections
To be worked on during testing:

Sign-in with social accounts -
'Related' communities and collections -
Like/favourite/star comments within communities and collections -
Select a tag to find related communities, collections, and profiles -
Add other users to a contact list, viewable via your logged-in profile -
View a list other users' joined communities, contributed collections via their profile -
View a list other users' followed collections (and users?) via their profile -
MoodleBot reminds users to post and keep their profile up-to-date -
User can block profile/community/collection -
