It's now incredibly easy to get started with Singer-based data extraction and loading using Meltano, but transformation using dbt hasn't received a lot of love over the past few months, despite it being advertised on our homepage (https://meltano.com/#transformation) and users in Slack showing a clear interest in this functionality.
