The goal of this milestone is to get rid of the file-based transport of frames from satnogs-flowgraphs to satnogs-client, and instead use ZeroMQ message queue(s) instead.

Steps:

• Provide decoded frames & images via ZeroMQ PUB socket in satnogs-flowgraphs (done)
• Subscribe to this ZeroMQ socket in SatNOGS client to receive frames & images from the flowgraph and upload them directly to SatNOGS Network
