This is potentially an upstream issue, and we are not the only ones who are running into this. I'm trying to package freeradius-wpe for another linux distribution but the source that is currently listed only goes up to version 2.1.7 : https://www.willhackforsushi.com/?page_id=37
Where does the new latest version come ? Is it from a debian package ? If so, from which source does this debian package pulls the code ?

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
caldera : Depends: python3-aiohttp-jinja2 but it is not installable
Recommends: python3-svglib but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
```
The problem is that `python3-aiohttp-jinja2` is not in kali-dev anymore:
```
┌──(root㉿carbon)-[/work]
└─# apt install python3-aiohttp-jinja2
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Package python3-aiohttp-jinja2 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package 'python3-aiohttp-jinja2' has no installation candidate
