Create job descriptions for Design Strategy IC roles
Design Strategy has three distinct practices, each requiring its own job description and career ladder: DesignOps Specialist, Product Designer (Concept Architect specialty), and Product Designer (Craft Quotient specialty). These roles do not map cleanly to the existing Product Designer ladder and need documentation that reflects what the work actually is. This work item tracks the creation of all three. Each job description includes a role overview, base requirements, full career ladder with responsibilities and requirements per level, performance indicators, and relevant links. The DesignOps Specialist ladder runs from Specialist through Distinguished. The Concept Architect and Craft Quotient specialties start at Staff and run through Distinguished.
