The System Usability Scale (SUS) is a standardized, 10-item questionnaire that measures the ease of use of websites, software, mobile devices, and other technological applications. The overall System Usability Scale Score for Q3 FY21 is 70.9. This score is a weighted average of GUS and SUS scores. The margin of error is +/- 5% at the 95% confidence level.
