Publish the Peach Tech protocol fuzzing engine as an OSS project to allow the community to use it and contribute. We intentionally do not want to publish any of the Peach Pits that were created for various protocols, since we will potentially offer those as part of a paid tier inside GitLab in the future. Include: * Core engine * The ability for users to create their own protocols Exclude: * Any Peach Pits * We will consider how to offer these in the future. * Any Peach Professional features/functionality * We will consider how to offer these in the future. Open Questions: * What is the best OSS license to use?
