Code reviews happen in the merge request interface and rely on the diff to describe the changes being made in each commit and the changes that will be merged in to the target branch. There are situations where the current diff is misleading and could be improved.
### Vision
GitLab should provide diffs that help users understand the changes being made which may require different methodologies being used depending on the situation.
