It's critical that users have immediate feedback that an agent is working, and clear visibility into the state of the agents actions in response to their trigger. If the prompt fails, or user input is needed, we need to provide clear indication of what happened or how to proceed. If the prompt succeeds, we want to tie the response back to the originating session for traceability.
