Once we complete VSD the https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/390384+ and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/388286+ we can enable the flag by default in %"15.11" and release the dashboard in %"16.0".
