The Product Planning group will be working streamlining permissions for the the ability to create epic relations between entities. Today, we require the Reporter role to complete this action, however, since Guest users can already see all the epic data, it was determine that this task should also be possible for Guests. ## Summary Currently, we require `Reporter` role to be able to create epic relations: - Linked epics (related/blocking/blocked) - Parent and child epics Since `Guest` users can view epic data, there is no concern about leaking data by allowing this behavior for the `Guest` role. For consistency, we should also allow a user with a `Guest` role for the epic to add a child issue.
