Visually distinguish epics using colors
### Release Notes To further improve the ability to use portfolio management features across the organization, you can now [distinguish epics using colors](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/group/epics/manage_epics.html#epic-color) on roadmaps and epic boards. Quickly distinguish between group ownership, stage in a lifecycle, development towards maturity, or a number of other categorizations with this lightweight but versatile feature. ![Screenshot 2024-04-12 at 8.06.37 a.m..png](/uploads/68a9f232f80d28028963683d79a792fa/Screenshot_2024-04-12_at_8.06.37_a.m..png) ## Summary To help distinguish epics on Roadmap and Epic Boards, we want to allow assigning a color to an epic and display that color when viewing epics. Behind `:epic_color_highlight` feature flag. | Roadmap | Epic Board | Edit color in epic sidebar | |---------|------------|----------------------------| | ![Screenshot_from_2022-10-19_10-35-43](/uploads/a68ac0300c7af5a57faabb1660e09c2c/Screenshot_from_2022-10-19_10-35-43.png) | ![Screenshot_from_2022-10-19_10-37-00](/uploads/68865156c02c0275491add70f8414bcb/Screenshot_from_2022-10-19_10-37-00.png) | ![Screenshot_from_2022-10-19_10-36-00](/uploads/f82a56aa3d81fc11ac185e6a9e50c9ba/Screenshot_from_2022-10-19_10-36-00.png) |
