This epic tracks all the work required to create new work items, `Objective` and `Key Result`. The scope is geared to meet the needs of GitLab for a January deadline and there will be additional work needed to meet customer needs and make this GA. OKR process envisioned: - A single project to contain all OKRs. - The new work items (Objective and Key Result) will be behind a feature flag. - Labels and owners will be used to categorize the OKRs for each department. - We will use our existing Issues List as the primary way to find and navigate through OKRs. - Scoring will be done at the KR level and cascade up to parent objectives.
