Some things that are useful to people managers that are currently being done outside of GitLab that we could build into the product: - Team pulse surveys (we will likely build in Google forms) - Need to have some way of defining a team and sending a periodic anonymous survey - Manager needs to be able to define a set of survey questions - Need to have this information sent to a manager and optionally made publicly visible - Need to be able to export data to spreadsheet to graph it (or build graphs in GitLab of course) - Organisation may want to use the same survey for many teams and there should be ways for rolling up and comparing all this data across an organisation - Team feebdack (we are already using CultureAmp) - Would need to replicate what we're using CultureAmp for now (select your coworkers to request feedback, coworkers can fill out feedback which is assigned to a manager and then the manager can share that feedback to the team member) - 1x1 - In the past I've used Trello Boards for this - There is really nothing stopping using private project Issue Boards for 1x1s
